BOYS’ WATER POLO

The Southland’s best senior high school water polo players will be in the all-star tournament Sunday at Villa Park High.
The tournament will include eight all-star teams from Los Angeles, Long Beach, South Bay, Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties, Riverside and San Bernardino counties and the San Gabriel Valley.
The North Orange County team, coached by Katella’s Grafton Weiss, will play the South Bay at 8 a.m. and South Orange County, coached by Santa Margarita’s Rick Rowland, plays the Santa Barbara-Ventura-San Luis Obispo team at 11 a.m. Semifinals are at noon and 1 p.m. and finals at 4 p.m.
