IRVINE — General Automation Inc.’s Sequoia Systems unit acquired Pick Products, an Australian software vendor and value-added reseller. Terms of the acquisition weren’t disclosed.
General Automation, which provides computer systems, software and related services, said it will combine the units to form General Automation Pty. Ltd.
