Registration is underway for summer children’s programs at Saddleback College.
Five- to 12-year-olds may be enrolled in youth day camps. The full- and half-day programs run through Aug. 8 and feature swimming, games, sports, songs and special events.
Saddleback’s College for Kids also is registering students.
The program allows youngsters to develop their own schedule from a list of diverse classes, including electronics, animals, foreign languages, radio and television production and computers. All classes are offered in two-week blocks that run until Aug. 1.
This summer also marks the 18th season for swimming lessons and specialized programs for children at Saddleback. Lessons are open to children from infants to teens. The college also offers water polo, springboard diving, water safety, personal-rescue and skin-diving courses. Classes run through Aug. 15 and are available on weekdays and weekends.
Information and registration: (714) 582-4646.
