British Airways Cabin Crews Strike

British Airways flight attendants began a three-day strike, forcing the airline to cut back on its busy summer schedule at London’s two top airports, a spokesman for the carrier said. Hundreds of flights were expected to be canceled in the walkout that could cost British Airways millions of dollars, but the company insisted it would operate as many flights as possible while seeking to resolve the pay dispute with the Transport and General Workers Union.
