The Los Angeles City Council voted Tuesday to offer a $25,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or people responsible for the killings of two young children who died in a South-Central home after the house was set ablaze last month.
On June 20, Donnie Gregory, 4, and his sister Dionelle, 2, were sleeping in their bedroom in the 700 block of East 27th Street when their house was set on fire in what authorities say was arson.
Eight other people were hurt in the blaze, including three firefighters and an 18-year-old man who suffered second- and third-degree burns.
Anyone with information is urged to call Los Angeles Police Det. Gary Ryan at (213) 893-8111.
