Holiday Closings

Tuesday is Veterans Day. The following schedules will be in effect:
* City offices: Most city offices will be closed, except in Brea, Garden Grove, Laguna Hills, Los Alamitos, Mission Viejo, San Clemente and Westminster. City offices in Irvine and Villa Park will be closed Monday in observance of the holiday and will be open Tuesday.
* County, state and federal offices will be closed.
* County, state and federal courthouses will be closed.
* City and county libraries will be closed.
* Most banks and savings and loans will be closed.
* Schools: Public schools will be closed as will Cal State Fullerton. Chapman University and UC Irvine will hold classes. Community colleges will be closed Monday in observance of the holiday and will be open Tuesday.
* Mail: There will be no mail delivery. All post offices will be closed, and mail deposited in mailboxes will be picked up according to the posted holiday schedule.
* Trash: Will remain on regular schedule.
* Buses: Will remain on regular schedule.
* Parks: All city- and county-run parks and recreation facilities will be open during regular hours.
