The company’s board elected Carl D. Perry as chairman and CEO and Don C. Kang as president and chief operating officer. . . . Santa Monica-based Cinergi Pictures Entertainment said it lost $9.8 million, or 73 cents a share, in the third quarter, compared with a loss of $294,000, or 2 cents, in the year-ago period.
