ORANGE — Kaynar Technologies Inc., which makes specialty fasteners for the aircraft industry, said Wednesday it has agreed to acquire some operating assets of Aerospace Precision Systems Inc. in Anaheim. Terms were not disclosed.
Aerospace Precision Systems makes specialty machinery that automates fastening and assembly processes for structural products.
