Essay Contest Promotes Patriotism

The Orange County branch of the Fleet Reserve Assn. is sponsoring an essay contest for students in grades 7 through 12.
The contest, designed to promote patriotism, is titled “What my vote will mean to me.” The deadline for submissions is Dec. 1.
Prizes include savings bonds of $200 to $5,000.
