Baseball Opponents Have Real Concerns

In regards to the Pacific Suns baseball at Oxnard College and the Oct. 11 comments of Don Di Carlo about Martin Jones--”a couple of upset individuals who are stirring up the pot” and “one to which the press has given far too much attention”:

Mr. Jones represents a large neighborhood of quiet people who live in a mobile home park not a stone’s throw away from home plate. And he is hardly stirring up any pot. All of these people have been dealt with in bad faith by the city of Oxnard and its staff. Something stinks here and it isn’t baseball.
