Surgery Likely for Taylor’s Knee

Cornerback Bobby Taylor, the Philadelphia Eagles’ best defensive back, seriously injured his knee in Sunday’s loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Team physician Dr. Arthur Bartolozzi said Taylor damaged the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee and that “he’ll likely miss a significant period of time.”
Bartolozzi said he was fairly certain Taylor will need surgery.
Taylor injured the knee when he jumped to knock away a pass in the first quarter.
