VitalCom Inc. Appoints a New President-CEO

TUSTIN — VitalCom Inc. said Monday it has named Frank T. Sample president and chief executive.

Sample, 52, replaces Donald W. Judson, who had stepped down from the two positions in July due to health problems.

Judson remains chairman of the company, which provides computer networks that deliver patient-monitoring information.

Sample was executive vice president at Vermont-based ICX Systems Corp., a provider of health care information systems to physician groups and academic medical centers.
