Camarillo Bank to Pay 2nd Dividend of Year

The board of directors of Camarillo Community Bank has approved a cash dividend of 15 cents per share payable Oct. 3 to shareholders of record Sept. 15.
This is the second cash dividend paid this year. A 10-cent dividend was paid in April.
Douglas M. Shearer, president and chief executive officer, said the bank had a net income of $502,000 or 31 cents per share through June. This compares to $462,000 or 29 cents per share for the first six months of last year.
The bank headquarters are at 1150 Paseo Camarillo in Camarillo. The bank also has a full-service branch office in Westlake Village and loan production offices in Thousand Oaks and Moorpark.
