Pittsburgh Steeler Coach Bill Cowher got more intensity than he bargained for during a workout at Latrobe, Pa.
In a seven-on-seven, light-contact drill, strong safety Lethon Flowers collided with receiver Jahine Arnold and knocked him to the ground. Arnold injured his left shoulder, and the initial prognosis was a fractured collarbone that could keep him out of action two-to-six weeks.
Arnold, who missed last season after tearing a knee ligament, appeared to be completely recovered.
