ORANGE COUNTY EARNINGS

Telenetics Corp.: The Lake Forest maker of meter-reading products reported net income of $90,830 for the first quarter ended June 30. The company did not provide comparable earnings for the same period a year ago. Revenue rose 12% to $910,694 from $814,858.

The company, which experienced financial difficulties in the early 1990s, said it had been delinquent in reporting its financial results to the Securities and Exchange Commission until its filing for the fiscal year ended March 31. Telenetics said it earned $93,654 in the fiscal year. No revenue results were provided.
