Ventura-Based Group LLC Buys Corporate Building

A Ventura-based investment group has purchased the former New Image Laboratories corporate headquarters in Oxnard for $4.75 million.
The group LLC, led by Craig Marcus of Ventura, purchased the 126,253-square-foot building at 2340 Eastman Ave. In addition to the two-story industrial building, the sale included 8.6 acres of surrounding property.
Crocker DeMeo Realty, which represented LLC in the transaction, is in discussions with potential tenants for the property. New Image Laboratories ceased local operations last year.
