Technology Chief for Schools Named

The Tustin Unified School District has named Richard Blough as its technology coordinator.
He succeeds Angela Saterlee, who will become the director of Management Information Systems and Technology.
Blough, who has 32 years experience in education as a principal, administrator and teacher, is considered an expert in computer science.
