San Diego 67, Pepperdine 64--The Waves got 22 points from Dana Sulenski and 17 points and 16 rebounds from Jenny Frank, but could not overcome foul trouble in a West Coast Conference game at San Diego.
Starters Angie White and Nesha Thomas fouled out for Pepperdine (15-7, 5-2). Reserve Pat Sencion paced San Diego (10-9, 5-2) with 21 points.
Santa Monica 70, Pierce 51--Carlyn Couch had 15 points and 11 rebounds for Pierce (4-16, 2-5) in a Western State Conference game at Santa Monica.
