Cable Company Lauds Two Seniors, Teacher

Graduating seniors Lori Ann Barnes of Capistrano Valley High School and Scott Esecson of Aliso Niguel High School have been awarded $1,000 scholarships toward the pursuit of a career in communications.
The awards were given by Cox Communications Cable.
In addition, the company gave its Teacher of the Year award, for most effective use of cable programming in the classroom, to Susan Peterson, a social studies teacher at Niguel Hills Middle School.
