Americorp Announces Dividend of 21 Cents

Americorp, the holding company for Ventura-based American Commercial Bank, announced a dividend of 21 cents a share to shareholders of record on June 25.
This represents the 59th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by Americorp.
“The bank is continuing to enjoy the benefits of a strong economy in Ventura County, and our results through June reflect year-to-year increases in loans, deposits and earnings,” said Jerry Lukiewski, Americorp president and chief executive.
The bank has assets of $139 million, with three offices in Ventura and one in Camarillo. It has announced a merger with Oxnard-based Channel Islands Bank.
