Campus Job Fair to Draw 125 Employers

More than 125 employers are expected to attend the Ventura County Job Fair at Ventura College on Wednesday, an annual event open to the public.
Job seekers can bring resumes and meet with representatives of such employers as Baxter Healthcare, GTE, the Internal Revenue Service and the California Air National Guard. Organizers say this is the biggest annual job fair in the county and they expect 4,000 job seekers to attend.
The fair runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the college gymnasium. For information, call the school’s public affairs office at 654-6462.
