Edel Leyden
Irvine, Senior; Softball/Pitcher
Leyden could have had a three-homer day, but an inside-the-park drive was scored a triple because the winning run already had crossed the plate in a 5-4 victory over ninth-ranked Santa Margarita. Leyden settled for two home runs, four hits and four runs batted in to help the second-place Vaqueros clinch a playoff spot behind third-ranked Woodbridge.
Maribeth Buche/Track and Field

Amanda Freed/Softball/Pitcher
