Volunteers are being sought to place crosses and flags on the graves of more than 3,000 veterans at Loma Vista Memorial Park on Saturday, city officials said.
The decorations are part of a tradition to honor the veterans. A Memorial Day ceremony will take place Monday.
Volunteers are asked to show up at the cemetery by 8 a.m. Bringing wagons or something to hold the crosses and flags would be helpful. The cemetery is at 701 E. Bastanchury Road. Information: (714) 738-6317.
