Nutek Acquires Texas Company in Stock Deal

Nutek Inc. said it has acquired Crystal Resources Inc. of Jordanstown, Texas, in a stock transaction. Financial terms weren’t disclosed.
Nutek, a Lake Forest-based oil production company, also said that it has placed a new management team in charge of production and development in south Texas.
