Wachs and Public Safety

Once agaln, Councilman Joel Wachs puts his own interests first, roaring down a residential street in a huge truck to catch a guy who broke a few of his windows (“Wachs, Sparkletts Man Deliver Suspect to Cops,” May 22). Shouldn’t public safety come first, Mr. Wachs?
