* Intertex General Contractors Inc. of Valencia won a $5.2-million contract from Randolph Air Force Base in Texas for construction services.
* Lockheed Martin Corp. of Palmdale won a $1-million contract from Robins Air Force Base in Georgia for software support services.
* Litton Systems Inc. of Woodland Hills won a $219,717 contract from Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma for lab equipment.
* HR Textron Inc. of Valencia won a $125,580 contract from the Army at the Redstone Arsenal in Alabama for aircraft components.
* Blue Skies Unlimited in Lancaster won a $100,000 contract from the Department of Housing and Urban Development in Denver for review of appraisals in Los Angeles County.
* Adobe Co. in Ventura has been awarded a contract for $22,294 from Ventura County to modify the Ondulando Drain. The project is designed to minimize erosion of the infiltration basin slopes.
The project is scheduled for completion Nov. 17.
