A child expert will explore why many students of normal intelligence struggle in school during an address Thursday at UC Irvine. Dr. Melvin Levine, a professor of pediatrics at the University of North Carolina Medical School in Chapel Hill, will speak from 2 to 4 p.m. in the Crystal Cove Auditorium in the UC Irvine Student Center.
