Pringle’s Apology

* I think Curt Pringle’s malicious and misleading remarks, during his unsuccessful run for the treasurer of California, toward Phil Angelides’ Laguna West deal were calculated and willful. I don’t believe for one second that his accusations were in good faith. Now he apologizes because he is being presented with a lawsuit (Nov. 12). I guess the security guard incident in Santa Ana, which the Republican Party paid $400,000 to settle, put enough fear in him to deliver his disingenuous apology.
