Marquand raced to her third consecutive title in the Orange County Championships on Saturday. Marquand, who also won the title as a freshman and sophomore (the race was not run last year because of a brush fire), finished the windy Irvine Regional Park three-mile course in exactly 18 minutes.

* Valencia, junior. Glowin shot under par twice in team victories against Loara and El Dorado.
Adriana Hockicko/Tennis
* Woodbridge, junior. Hockicko’s strong play led the Warriors to upset victories over Palos Verdes Peninsula and Corona del Mar.
Chanda McLeod/Volleyball/Outside hitter
* Marina, senior. Recorded 62 kills and eight aces in victories over Esperanza and Huntington Beach.
