The Lake Forest Community Assn. will play host to the Teen Battle of the Bands on April 17. The competition will feature five local bands competing for a first prize of $100. The first band will open at 7 p.m., and the last will perform at 10 p.m. at the Community Assn.’s Beach and Tennis Club, 22921 Ridge Route Drive. Tickets are $5 in advance and $8 at the door. Any teen bands interested in competing may call (949) 837-6100.
