The City Council plans to reevaluate a Planning Commission decision to allow AirTouch Cellular to build a phone antenna hidden inside a fake palm tree. The commission approved the project on a split vote last month, but Councilwoman Patsy Marshall has asked the council to rethink the matter during its April 27 meeting. Marshall says she has problems with the antenna’s appearance and location, on the southeast corner of Los Coyotes Drive and Beach Boulevard.
