Pacific Century Bank Names New President

Pacific Century Bank of Encino has appointed Marshall V. Laitsch president and chief executive officer.
Laitsch previously served as senior vice president and division manager of the Orange County Commercial Banking Division of Union Bank.
Pacific Century Bank is a $1.3-billion full-service bank with 29 branches in California and Arizona. It is a subsidiary of Pacific Century Financial Corp., with headquarters in Honolulu, a regional financial services holding company with assets of $15 billion at year-end 1998, the company said.
