The League of Women Voters is hosting a state-of-the-city meeting Thursday with city managers from San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Dana Point and Laguna Niguel. Topics for discussion will include urbanization, toll roads, traffic and affordable housing. The meeting begins at 7 p.m. at the Laguna Niguel Library, 30341 Crown Valley Parkway.
