Double amputee Jami Goldman of Huntington Beach, the women’s record holder in the 200-meter dash, begins competition today in the Disabled Sports USA National Summer Games at George Mason University in Fairfax, Va. Goldman, 30, had both legs amputated at the knee 11 years ago as a result of frostbite.
