An apartment management association recently named Westminster resident Mary Lee its resident manager of the year. Lee manages the Rose Garden, a 133-apartment complex of affordable housing for seniors in the city. The Affordable Housing Management Assn. recognized Lee because of her maintenance of the complex, positive spirit and community involvement, said David Ebeling, spokesman for association.
