Police Seek Driver in Fatal Hit-Run Crash in Garden Grove

A man walking a bicycle across a Garden Grove street was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver, police said Sunday.
Thanh Van Vo, 43, of Santa Ana was crossing Bolsa Avenue near Ward Street about 10 p.m. Saturday when he was hit by a blue, late-1990s van with a white stripe, said Garden Grove Police Sgt. Scott Watson.
The vehicle has a broken driver-side headlight as a result of the accident.
