Christine Traylor, a retired custodian at Point Mugu Naval Air Station, died Friday. She was 75.
She was born May 3, 1924, in Morris County, Texas, and raised with nine brothers. In the late 1940s, she moved to Oxnard, where she lived most of her life.
Traylor worked as a custodian at the base for 27 years before she retired.
She was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church in Oxnard.
Traylor is survived by a brother, Augusta Traylor of Dangerfield, Texas; a nephew; and three nieces.
Services are scheduled at noon today at the Trinity Baptist Church, with the Rev. Derrick Temple officiating. Burial will follow at the Ivy Lawn Memorial Park in Ventura.
Arrangements are under the direction of the James A. Reardon Mortuary in Oxnard.
