Mothers Against Drunk Driving presented awards to three Tustin police officers for their contribution to saving lives at a recent City Council meeting. Officer Pat Kilgore arrested 49 people for driving under the influence between July 1, 1998, and June 30, 1999, the most arrests by a single Tustin officer during that period. MADD also honored Officers Mark Sauerwein and Robert Wright for their 32 and 30 arrests, respectively.
