The City Council on Tuesday will consider restricting parking on both sides of Chestnut Avenue from Main Street to Cerritos Avenue between 2 and 5 a.m. A business owner requested the parking restriction, and the city engineer has since recommended it. The council meets at 6:30 p.m. at 7800 Katella Ave.
