Burnham Affiliate Buys Lake Forest Center

Lake Forest Village, a retail center anchored by a Lucky market and Sav-on Drug Express, has been acquired for $17.6 million by an affiliate of Burnham Pacific Properties Inc.
The Lake Forest center was purchased from Nikko Capital Corp. in Newport Beach by Burnham affiliate BPP Retail LLC.
Burnham Pacific is a real estate investment trust.
