The Chamber of Commerce’s Holiday Extravaganza 1999 will be held from 5:30 to 9 p.m. Dec. 8 at the Los Alamitos Race Course’s Finish Line Room, at 4961 Katella Ave. This year, guests will have the chance to win more than 200 prizes donated by area businesses, including dinners, televisions and trips.
