In an effort to prevent drunk driving this New Year’s weekend, police officers from La Palma and Cypress will share a patrol car and cruise the streets of both cities.
One officer from each department will team up in a patrol car and cruise the streets.
The two officers will work from 7 p.m. to 3 a.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
