Local Vietnam veterans are being sought to participate in the Laguna Beach Patriots Day Parade, scheduled for March 6, officials said. Police Sgt. Jim White, who served in the Army during the Vietnam War, founded the local Vietnam veterans group in 1985 and is looking for former soldiers to join in this year’s celebration.
