The Cypress Community Festival Assn. will meet at 7 tonight to continue to plan festivities. The association is seeking volunteers for the July 24 event, which has drawn more than 22,000 people in the past, according to organizers. Those interested in volunteering are invited to the meeting. The festival showcases arts and crafts and includes a business expo, food and games. The meeting will be at the Cypress Senior Citizens Center, 9031 Grindlay St. Information: (714) 229-6780.
