The Arthur F. Corey Elementary School is looking for adults to read in classrooms March 2 when the campus honors the birthday of beloved children’s author Dr. Seuss. Teacher Joysteen Toliver , who is organizing the event, is looking for parents and people from a variety of professions to read and talk to students about why reading is important in the working world. The event will start at 7:45 a.m. with a breakfast at the campus, 7351 Holder St. To volunteer: (714) 522-8389.
