The City Council on Tuesday awarded a $473,600 contract to Tera-Cal Construction to begin work on wetlands re-vegetation at the site of the future community center and sports park. The wetlands served as a home for about 30 Southwestern pond turtles, which will be relocated to Aliso Creek. Information: (949) 707-2600.
