Rockwell to Acquire Spare Parts Supplier

Rockwell International Corp.’s communications and aviation electronics unit, Rockwell Collins, plans to acquire Intertrade Ltd., an avionics spare parts supplier. Financial terms weren’t disclosed.
Costa Mesa-based Rockwell said Monday the acquisition will expand its services business, including its Collins Aviation Services unit.
