Planning commissioners tonight may initiate a criminal complaint and other penalties against a motorcycle dealer who they say flouted orders to finish structural improvements to his business. The commission granted a permit to owner Saba Saba last August for a Honda and Kawasaki dealership at Lake Forest Drive and Rockfield Boulevard. As a condition, Saba agreed to add wrought-iron fencing, paving, landscaping and other amenities within 120 days.

At their July 8 meeting, commissioners criticized Saba for failing to complete the projects after numerous delays. Saba could not be reached for comment. The commission meets at 7 p.m. at City Hall, 23161 Lake Center Drive.
