A firm hired to survey residents about expanding the city’s library told the City Council on Monday that the city may have enough support to approve a ballot measure to raise money for the expansion.
Godbe Research and Analysis, which questioned residents in Tustin and the unincorporated North Tustin area, said its survey of 500 people showed that 59% approve of a bond measure and 60% back a parcel tax to raise the funds.
