The City Council and the Planning Commission will hold a joint work session Wednesday to consider traffic circulation changes to the Los Rios Specific Plan. The plan contains zoning and development regulations and guidelines for the historic district. The meeting begins at 5 p.m. in City Council chambers, 32400 Paseo Adelanto.
